Method and philosophy
Psychotherapy is the space where to acquire the necessary tools to obtain well-being in those areas where we lack it. It is a space to learn emotionally and in an adult way what we must do to have and maintain serenity and tranquility in our lives. The result is personal growth which enables us to maintain wellbeing permanently, within a natural and human flexibility.
It is a space to share, to learn, to solve and to grow with the goal of solving what is causing suffering and even more so, to obtain self-knowledge and awareness in order to maintain the wellbeing we all deserve.
